Autothermal carbon-negative pyrolysis without gaseous pollutant emissions

A new pyrolysis reaction system is under development. The system is designed for autothermal operation, integral valorization of all pyrolysis products (solid, liquid and gas) and no gaseous emissions to the atmosphere and a carbon-negative overall balance.

Work is currently in progress, and a first prototype  version of the system has been built with partial support from University of Zaragoza (and its being currently tested). In parallel, a patent application procedure has been initiated.

The group seeks collaboration with companies interested in pyrolysis systems, in order to validate, scale-up and commercialize this technology.
