Improvements in hydrocarbon and carbon monoxide emissions were obtained and the engine suffered less thermal stress under LHV gas operation. This model has been solved numerically and validated with the experimental results obtained, predicting quite accurately the behavior of the two organic compounds under very different conditions.},
